We’re a small Yorkshire outfit makin’ wax melts that smell reyt lovely. Everything’s made by hand, with care and a bit o’ northern grit. If you’ve got owt to ask, just give us a shout — we’re always happy to help.

• Each melt’s made by hand, so they might look a bit different from t’pictures — but they’ll all be top-notch.
• We do our best to describe ‘em properly, but if you’re not sure, just ask. We don’t bite.

• Orders are taken through t’website — nice and easy.
• Payment’s due when you order, using card or PayPal.
• If we ever need to cancel an order (rare as hen’s teeth), we’ll let you know sharpish.

• We post across the UK, from Yorkshire to yonder.
• Orders usually go out within ???? working days — we’ll keep you posted.
• Delivery times depend on t’courier, so if there’s a delay, bear wi’ us.
• Once it’s left our hands, we’re at mercy of Royal Mail and their brew breaks.

• If summat’s gone wrong — like it’s arrived damaged or we’ve sent the wrong thing — let us know within 7 days.
• A photo helps us sort it quicker.
• We’ll sort a refund or replacement once we’ve had a look.
• Sadly, we can’t take returns if you’ve just changed your mind — hope that’s fair.

• Some melts contain fragrance oils that might not suit everyone.
• If you’ve got allergies or sensitivities, check t’ingredients or give us a nudge before ordering.

• Use wax melts in a proper wax warmer — not on t’hob or near open flames.
• Don’t leave ‘em burning unattended.
• Keep ‘em away from bairns, pets, and anything flammable.

• All images, designs, and content belong to us — we’ve put our heart and soul into ‘em.
